This Privacy Policy explains how Erionics collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
Erionics is a digital systems studio based in Dublin, Ireland, providing websites, CRM systems, automation and AI solutions to businesses across Ireland, Spain and Europe.
2. What data we collect
We collect the information you provide through our contact and audit request forms, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and message content.
3. Call bookings
When you book a call we store your name, email, phone, company, message and chosen time to manage the appointment, and we email you the calendar invitation (when our Google Calendar is connected, the event is created there with your email as a guest). To prevent duplicate or fraudulent bookings we also store encrypted fingerprints (HMAC, not the plain values) of your email, phone, Google account if you sign in with it, a random identifier for your browser and technical device and network data. The legal basis is performing the call you request and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud. We use Supabase (database), Resend (email) and, when enabled, Google (calendar and sign-in) and Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam check). You can ask us to delete this data at any time by contacting us.
4. How we use your data
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, provide the requested digital audit and communicate with you about our services.
5. Data storage and retention
Data submitted through this website is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or maintain our business relationship.
6. Your rights

7. Third-party services
